8. Balance at working place: a harmonious state with team members. Suggestions:
(1) Stressing on one’s duty. One should try his best to do his job well, which is his due duty and obligation. Without professional performance, he will lack confidence and gradually lose his rights due to him.
(2) Be a man of principles. One should stick to principles, otherwise, he may not make satisfying progress. If a person has no principle or little awareness of principle, his friends and subordinates will gradually lose confidence in him.
(3) Stressing on self-cultivation. One should have enough affinity and not show his savvier in all aspects. “No fish can survive if the water is too clean, and no company can bear one whose requirements are too critical.” So, it is not a bad thing to become a laughing stock of others sometimes.
Tips: 1) Never compare with others (as everyone has his strong points); 2) play the roles of both flowers and leaves (mutual praise); and 3) correct one’s own fault first (gentility).
