第九章    方法论
 Chapter IX Methodology

    方法;解决思维、说话、行动等问题的途径、程序等。方法论:关于认识世界、协调世界的基本方法的学问。
    Method: the ways and procedures to solve thinking, speaking, acting and other problems. Methodology: the learning about the basic methods to get to know the world and coordinate the world.
    认识世界三步法: 现象——本质——本质原由——(相对、绝对)
    The three steps to get to know the world: phenomenon—nature—cause of the nature—(relative and absolute)
    协调世界三步法: 尊重——共生——克己服理——(和谐、斗争)
    The three steps to coordinate the world: respect—co-existence—being self-restraint and obedient to reason—(harmony and struggle)
    认识世界与协调世界有机结合,目的在于提升自我、保障生存。
    The aim for the combination of getting to know the world and coordinating the world lies in self-improvement and subsistence guarantee.
    一、 基本方法:先做人,后做事。即:做事先做人,做人先正心。做事是“果”、做人是 “因”。做事是“末、做人是“本”。做事是“用”、做人是“体”。正所谓“索果求因”,本末、体用不可倒置。
    I. Basic method: Be a good person before doing things. That is, to be an upright person first before doing things; to have a just mind before being a person. Doing things is the “result”, and be a good person is the “cause”. The former is the “end” and “function”, the latter the “root” and “body”. This is what is called “seeking the cause from the result”, and the order of the root and the end, and the body and the function cannot be reversed.
    “做人”的三个层次:The three layers of being a good person:
    1、做一个合格之人。(仁、义、礼、智、信——家庭为主)
    1. Be a qualified person (benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and fidelity—mainly at home)
    2、做与 “角色” 相配之人。(所在岗位要求——单位为主)
    2. Be a person that matches one’s “role” (requirements of the job—mainly in the working place)
    3、做大家想念之人。(战胜自我,平凡而伟大——社会为主 )
    3. Be a person missed by all (Self-conquering, be a plain but great person—mainly in the society)
    “做事”的三个层次:The three layers of doing things:
    1、分清本末、因果。
    1. make clear the root and the end, the cause and the result;
    2、排列先后顺序。
    2. arrange the order of the early or late;
    3、用“心”求进、耐得寂寞。
    3. seek progress by “heart” and be able to stand loneliness.
    惊喜不会天天有,还是平常日子多。千里之行、始于足下。天下大事必作于细,天下难事必始于易。能坚持做好日常小事者同样是伟人!大平衡更崇拜这样的人。
    Surprising good luck won’t happen every day, and most of our days are normal and ordinary. A journey of a thousand miles starts from the first step. Great undertakings have small beginnings, and difficult tasks are tackled from where it’s easy. Those who conduct daily affairs well are truly great. The Great Balance Theory worship people of such.
    无论做人、做事前提是“诚信”。没有“诚信”之人,虽然表面风光,其实内心非常痛苦。他们目光短浅急功近利的后果,不但会害了自己、害了儿女,还会给父母、老师、同事、朋友、家族、乡亲带来不好的影响。
    Whether to be a good person or to do things, good faith should be the premise. A person without good faith may appear fine and smart, but suffer greatly at heart. His shortsighted eagerness for quick success and instant benefit not only do harm to himself and his children, but also affect his parents, teachers, colleagues, friends, families and fellow country men.


    二、良知舒张法:一种特殊的自我平衡方法。
    II. Conscience relaxation: a special method to get self-balance
    自然科学证明,外界能量信息与人内心的良知无时不在互动,这种互动会使人体分泌出相应吗啡——做好事产生“益性吗啡”,使人体健身轻、延年益寿。做坏事则产生使人心绪烦躁、坐立不安、吃睡不香、言行怪异、大损健康的“毒性吗啡”。
    Natural science has proved that interaction between external energy information and people’s conscience exists all the time, and such interaction will make the human body correspondingly excrete morphine—doing good things will generate “favorable morphine” to make people healthy, relaxed and prolong their life, while doing evil things will make people fret, fidget, unable to eat or sleep well, act and speak weirdly and do harm to their health.
    又根据伦理学“人皆有良知”的原理,借助心理学的“自我暗示”原则、激励原则,通过下面这首童谣——“因果”的流传,产生舆论压力——语言信息入脑入心,让自己的良知 “自省、自责、自纠、自救”。经过5年测试,该方法对那些:有罪行难证明、故意设局坑人、骗人、心中有“鬼”的人,惩处效果特别明显。
    According to the ethical principle that “people are born with conscience”, and the psychological self-suggestion and self-motivation, the following nursery rhyme about the “cause-result” relations may be used to help people make self-examination, self-accusation, self-correction and self-rescue as the rhyme will cause pressure of public opinion on them and the lines will be gradually rooted in their heart. Five years of experiment has shown that they are particularly effective in punishing those who have committed crimes that are difficult to be discovered, who have intentionally set traps to cheat others, and who have played dirty tricks.
    良知舒张法的特点是:依靠自身“良心发现”促成 “现时报”。只要做坏事,别人也许不知道,但他自己心里却是非常清楚。那他内心的“良知”就会使他感到心烦急燥、寝食不安、头晕目眩、噩梦丛生。这是大脑分泌出“毒性吗啡”的结果。但只要主动改正,症状立刻相应解除。
    Features of the conscience relaxation method: It relies on the “conscience being stung” to lead to “temporal punishment”. Others may not know what evil one has done, but the person himself is very clear. His conscience will make him fret, fidget, unable to eat or sleep well, dizzy, having many nightmares. All these are the results of the “toxic morphine” generated by his brain. But once he has corrected his evil acts, the symptoms will be relieved immediately.
    过去人们熟知的“恶有恶报,善有善报,不是不报,时辰未到”是“外察”——到时报。主要靠“外部”的法律、伦理约束。虽然效果也不错,但一般认为报应时间长,各方代价大。为什么不能早一点?彼此损失少一点?为什么非要等到“恶贯满盈”人财两空才做了断?如今有了“良知舒张法”“内审”——“现时报”作补充,二者有机结合效果可能更好。两利取其大、两害取其小。这是权宜之计,希望能听到更好的办法。
    The saying people are familiar with that “Evil is rewarded with evil, and good with good. If the reward in not forthcoming, it is because the time has not arrived” is the “external observation”—due punishment. Though it has certain effects by relying on the restrictions of “external” law and ethics, it takes too long and the cost is too high. Why not taking actions earlier with less loss? Why settling it up only after “the worst crime has been committed” and both the “beauty and possessions” are lost? Now, with the “internal examination”—temporary punishment of the “conscience relaxation method” as a supplement, the two may yield better results. It may be a makeshift measure to choose the greater of the two advantages and the lesser of the two evils, so it will be greatly appreciated if better suggestions are raised.
    童谣“因果” :人间有天网,良知不会差。作恶难度日,行善福寿长。
    The nursery rhyme on the “cause-result relationship”: Justice has long arms, conscience tells the truth. Doing evil makes one feel guilty, doing good prolongs your life.
    三、纵横创新法:成功 == 位置20% + 方向20% + 修为40% + 机遇20%
    III. Vertical-horizontal creation: Success = Position 20% + Orientation 20% + Self-cultivation 40% + Opportunity 20%


    四、12个具体环节:大平衡认为,人的一生有生理、心理、饮食、作息、居室、家庭、邻里、单位、社会、大自然、交往、准平衡 12 个平衡环节。搞好它们的基本思路是:
    IV. 12 links: The Great Balance Theory holds that there are 12 balance links throughout the life of a person: physiology, psychology, diet, work and rest, housing, family, neighbor, working place, society, nature, communication, and para-balance. The basic train of thoughts regarding these links:
    1、尊重一条规律。一事当前,首先尊重“事物都有趋向自身平衡的本性”的规律。万物都想生存、应当相互尊重。世上不可能只有白天、只有男人、只有强者而没有黑夜、女人和弱者。任何一方都不可能灭掉对方而独立存在,同生共荣方为大本。
    1. Respect one law. When dealing with things, the law that “things have the nature of seeking self-balance” should be first respected. Everything on earth wants to subsist, and should respect each other. It’s impossible that there is only day, men and powerful people on earth, and no night, women and weak people. Any party can wipe out the other and exist independently by itself, and co-existence with common prosperity is the fundamental rule.
    2、具备两个前提。1、心理前提:忠爱之心。2、科学前提:知已知彼。
    2. Be provided with two premises: 1) psychological premise of love and loyalty, and 2) scientific premise of knowing oneself as well as the enemy.
    3、遵循三条法则。1、规划平衡:选定目标不高、不低。2、结构平衡:创建实现目标的对应条件。3、协调平衡:以“准平衡”为底限,“调整、切换”相机而行。
    3. Following three rules: 1) planning balance: setting a goal that is not too high or too low; 2) structural balance: creating corresponding conditions for the realization of the goal; and 3) coordinating balance: taking the para-balance as the bottom line and making adjustments and changes when the time is opportune.
    以上三条有机循环、灵活选用。
    The above three rules should be flexibly adopted.
